Since I’ll be returning to Melaka in 7 hours time, I shall summarise all that has happened throughout my stay in Penang, regardless of the good or bad events. This trip practically earned me a lot of money from my uncles and aunts, I ate too much, lost just as much and also spent a lot of quality time with my family. So to cut to the chase, it brought more good to me than the bad. I thank God that everything went well even though my mum underpacked for me. Having a shortage of clothes and underwear wasn’t nice at all. However, I managed to pull through it with some craftiness and it all went better than expected. I can’t wait to go home to Melaka, sleep on my wonderful bed and lie my head on my soft and plushy pillow. Not to forget basketball on Sunday with Terence and the rest of the gang. I won’t be seeing them for three weeks after this. I seriously miss my friends who are in Melaka. Being away from the people who shared four to five years with you in school isn’t easy. I really hope I can get my friends who are in college to meet the others who are in Melaka. I can’t guarantee they will click well but, hey, it’s a start. Anyway, I’ll only be back in KL on Tuesday and I also need to get myself ready for the exams. I haven’t laid my hand on a single book ever since the start of the holidays till now and I hope I can catch up in time. Please tell me that the rest are organising a study group. I’m going to need help as I missed my Chemistry extra class. I guess there isn’t much to say about my day since the main event while being in Penang is just to stuff your face every two to three hours. I can’t imagine myself staying here for a week more. If I did, I would definitely apply to be the main mascot for the Michelin tyres company. Got to get some sleep now. Haven’t been getting enough hours lately. Sleeping at one and waking up by eight just to go to the gym and for basketball isn’t a good idea especially when it’s done for three days in a row. I need to give myself a break. Haha. Au revoir, folks.
