After so many weeks, I was finally able to get a full 2-hour exercise at basketball just now. Getting so rusty after being laid off for such a long time. Have to get used to the speed and the intensity of the game once more. Legs are aching once again due to the lack of exercise though. I seriously need to be consistent in my daily exercising routine.

Day 12:

(John 3: 22-36) This passage speaks about John the Baptist who did not envy Jesus for having more followers than he did. This is because John acknowledges the fact that he had been sent before Christ to bring others to God first and that Christ will come after him. John has shown a large amount of humility when he decided not to stray away from his duties just to attain more followers than Jesus. We should also learn to have humility so that Christ will be able to work in our lives. An increase in Christ is a decrease in self.
